What happens, and what you receive.
1. Collected in the UAE
We buy from scrap yards, factories, demolition contractors and fleet operators across the Emirates. Each lot is logged with its source and date before it enters the yard.
2. Sorted and graded
Material is hand-sorted and graded to the ISRI code on your contract. Mixed material is separated and listed by grade. You receive sorting photos and a sample photo of each grade.
3. Weighed and sealed
The container is weighed empty and full on a weighbridge. Loading is photographed, then the container is sealed on camera with the seal number readable.
4. Inspected and shipped
Indian customs ask for a pre-shipment inspection certificate on metal scrap; we arrange it for every container. The bill of lading, packing list and invoice reach you when the vessel sails.
5. Delivered to your mill
The container is cleared at your Indian port and released to you or your clearing agent. Your scale weight and the weighbridge ticket are reconciled on the record.
